Why Walking is so popular:

Walking increases the use of oxygen in your body and it improves your overall health and fitness.  This type of exercise is aerobic exercise, it continuously works the heart and blood vessels as well as the largest muscles of the boy.  Some other aerobic exercises are swimming, biking, jogging and jumping rope.  Walking by far is the most user friendly and here is why.

Walking increases the use of oxygen in your body and it improves your overall health and fitness.  This type of exercise is aerobic exercise, it continuously works the heart and blood vessels as well as the largest muscles of the boy.  Some other aerobic exercises are swimming, biking, jogging and jumping rope.  Walking by far is the most user friendly and here is why.  Easy, Everyone knows how to walk, you don't need to take lessons or buy any fancy equipment.  It doesn't matter what your age is or your physical condition, however, make sure you go to a doctor before you start any hard walking or exercise.  Walking is safe, easy on the body.  There is almost no health risk after getting an OK from the doctor.  Convenient, walking can be done anytime and anywhere in any weather.  It fits easily into any schedule.  Since no special facilities are needed, you can do it wherever you are.  It's fun you can walk alone or with a friend or a group.  It's also a great way to think and pray or talk with friends.  Because it's so easy and enjoyable, people if they get started usually don't stop.  Tonight drop what you were going to do and go out for a 20 minute walk.  You'll feel a lot better.  Remember GOD wants you to be healthy.
